Terms and Conditions

We want all our customers to be completely satisfied with their sweet rolls.  We know it's disappointing when something arrives and isn't as expected.  If you have a concern about your order, please contact us and let us know.  We will try our best to work out any issues to our mutual satisfaction.

What you need to know about Sandra's Sweet Rolls:

*These are hand rolled sweet rolls.  There will not always be perfectly uniform, but that's what makes them real. No machines are used in the making of these rolls.  

*All orders will be baked on Mondays or Tuesdays and shipped on Wednesdays. All orders must be submitted by Sunday at 6pm PST to ship on the following Wednesday.  Otherwise, the order will be placed in queue for baking/shipping on the following Wednesday (for example, if you order on Monday at noon, it will not ship the same week but the following week)..

*All rolls will be baked, then frozen for shipping, so that they arrive to you as fresh as possible.  Depending on the length of time it takes to reach you, they may be partially/fully thawed.  That's ok.  They are still delicious.  You'll just save time having to thaw them yourself!  All orders will ship priority (2 day) with USPS. 

*The frosting will also be frozen when shipped.  An ice pack will be included in your package to insure freshness.  Frosting may be thawed upon arrival as well.  It is perfectly safe up to 48 hrs at room temp (70 degrees) but is best if kept refrigerated until ready to use.

How to thaw and reheat rolls:

The rolls can be left on the counter to thaw, while the frosting be placed in the fridge until ready to use.  Soften the refrigerated frosting by allowing it to come to room temp on the counter or microwaving in 10 second intervals.  Rolls can then be cut apart and heated  individually for 20-30 seconds in the microwave or reheat the entire pan, minus plastic lid, in a 350 degree oven for 7-10 minutes (or until heated through).
